A video narrative comes to life on twelve TV screens placed in a semicircle in a hall at Palazzo Fortuny in Venice. The screens are connected to another twelve video cameras placed around the city. The white and black footage on the screens overlaps with other images in colour. The latter show a story performed by actors who interrupt the footage, interacting with the cameras and the audience. In this way the video environment is where action takes place: it is more of an event than a piece of work. The viewer is a visionary who must use their imagination to break the limits of space: external and internal, real and virtual, physical and mental.
